Officer Reports:

President’s Report

·          Coordinating a guest performance of a steel drum band.  Classmate of Ms. Walker’s runs the program. 

 

Vice President’s Report

·          I am working on finding a day and time for the Middle School to have their pizza night at Ledo’s in downtown Upper Marlboro.  Will have a date by our next meeting. 

 

Secretary’s Report

·          Remember to check your folders for your class copy of the minutes. 

 

Treasurer’s Report

·          SGA cleared just over $600 from the dance.  Thank you to everyone who came and worked the dance to make it such a success.  This will help us put on other activities this year. 

 

Advisor’s Report

·          Keep up the good work!

·          One Night Only next week!

Social Committee’s Report

·          Time to start thinking about the holiday song contest and door decorating.

Community Service Committee’s Report

·          Department Appreciation Months

§  Thank you to those who helped with department appreciation.

§  November – Science dept.

·          Canned Food Drive in November

§  Update – 10 cans total

§  Goal – 2000 cans

§  Hang up posters around campus

·          Adopt-a-Family in December

·          Out-of-dress for bears – date TBA
